Bren Esports unveiled their expansion into League of Legends: Wild Rift.
The Filipino organization, Bren Esports, revealed on Facebook yesterday, March 4, that they are expanding into another game with a new Wild Rift roster. Wild Rift is the mobile component of the popular multiplayer online battle arena, League of Legends.
Bren’s new team consists of players: Ace, Buck, Cosmo, Haze, Jeth and Kurt “Rebengga” Cristobal. These players have a formidable combined knowledge of various MOBA games, including Wild Rift. The most noteworthy player to mention in this roster is Rebengga due to his knowledge in League of Legends PC. That said, he is one of the best League of Legends pros in the Philippines. As such, Rebengga is a significant addition to this Bren Esports roster.
The combination of Rebengga and rest of the team’s experience make for a very promising esports roster. This roster is also one of eight teams that will compete in the League of Legends: Wild Rift Southeast Asia (SEA) Icon Series. Bren’s team has been invited to participate in this tournament on March 20-21.
The Wild Rift SEA Icon Series is this game’s first tournament and gives teams from seven different countries in Southeast Asia the opportunity to demonstrate their skills. This preseason event is the chance for players to showcase their talent before the summer season officially begins.
