Having coached for BOOM Esports prior to their name change,
Aaron ‘Clairvoyance’ Kim has now confirmed that he will be coaching the
Southeast Asian team once again – until the end of the year.
Aaron ‘Clairvoyance’ Kim is one of the long-standing coaches and players within the Dota 2 scene. Having coached the likes of Evil Geniuses, VGJ.Storm, Mineski and Alliance in the most recent StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3 as well as having played alongside Ioannis ‘Fogged’ Loucas and Mason ‘mason’ Venne too, Clairvoyance is definitely not new to the game. His coaching skills have helped many teams to top finishes, and now he returns to SEA.
In July of 2019, Clairvoyance joined the BOOM Esports squad as coach and although that stint was short lived, he has now officially confirmed that he is back helping the Southeast Asian squad. Having had some very promising results lately, BOOM have quickly proven that they are one of the best teams from the region and they will be looking to improve even more – and maybe leapfrog Geek Fam or Fnatic in the coming events.
BOOM is currently playing in the ONE Esports Dota 2 SEA
League, where they have already seen some promising performances – with more
action from that event kicking off from tomorrow, July 2nd, 2020.
Currently BOOM sit in third place with four series left to play in the coming
weeks after which we will get to see them possibly performing in the playoff
stage.
