Forspoken: Cipal Area Guide

Once you get access to the open world in Forspoken, you will only have access to one region – the area around Cipal. It doesn't even get to belong to one of the four nations of Athia. Don't worry, though, there are plenty of things to do in this area – from ruins to scout, guilds to explore, and Locked Labyrinths to delve into.

The sections below will detail all of the areas in the region of Cipal, along with the activities that you can complete within them. Some of the entries will link to other guides on the site, as they require a bit more explanation.

The Barren Plains

The Barren Plains is the first area you'll enter after being able to leave Cipal for the first time – as you might expect, it doesn't hold too much challenge, even for new players. Even the optional boss Mutant is one of the easier ones!
