New Halo Livestream Will Showcase Halo 3 On PC And MCC's New Updates

It’s a great time to be a Halo fan. Microsoft is finally properly unveiling Halo Infinite on July 23, Halo 3 is coming to PC, and Halo: The Master Chief Collection continues to get new updates.

Developer 343 Industries has now announced a new “first-look” livestream event for Halo: The Master Chief Collection on July 9 where the studio will showcase the new features coming to the game. Additionally, the broadcast will show more of Halo 3 on PC.

Halo 3 is coming to PC through The Master Chief Collection on July 14. That’s also the day that 343 Industries will kick off Season 2 for MCC on PC and Xbox One, introducing new updates to its battle pass-style progression system. Additionally, new cosmetic items are coming to the game with the update. You can expect the July 9 livestream event to cover these topics, and probably more.

Halo Infinite will be properly shown off during the Xbox 20/20 event in July, and that’s a big deal because Microsoft has shown precisely no gameplay whatsoever from the title. A cinematic trailer was trailer released in June 2019, but that’s all we’ve seen so far. Halo Infinite, which is a launch title for the Xbox Series X, is the first mainline new Halo game since 2015’s Halo 5: Guardians.

In addition to Xbox Series X, Halo Infinite will be released on the regular Xbox One and PC.
